Dreams of strange dreams

Such dreams tend to recur. The dreamer dreams that he or she is in a déjà vu environment. Some times, the dream scenes in reality you even feel like you've never been there before, while in the dream world they appear repeatedly. Such a dream is often a distortion of some experience from your childhood memory that left a deep impression on your subconscious. It could be some pleasant childhood experience or a sad one, depending on your emotions at the time of dreaming about the situation. If it is the former, the dream in which you feel physically and mentally happy and relaxed in that environment, it is a replay of a pleasant experience for the organism, a self-relaxation of the organism. If it is the latter, it is a release of past anxiety. In either case, it is a favorable self-regulation of the organism. When people fall asleep, their response to some regular stimuli around them will become abnormally sluggish. Instead, certain weak stimuli that are not easily perceived during the day are transformed into stronger signals at this time, which are transmitted to the cerebral cortex and will be reinforced in certain active areas. To have such a dream is often a signal formed by some subtle stimuli of the external environment during the day or when you fall asleep, which is amplified in the dream, and thus evokes an important memory buried in the subconscious mind. In fact, in your consciousness, this memory may have been blurred or even forgotten, and what appears in the dream is only a distorted form of the subconscious mind after processing. Thus, in the dream, you will feel that the dream environment, people and things, "déjà vu". I have never been there, but I feel familiar; I don't know them, but I feel I have seen them somewhere."
